Yamil and his crew were great!! I needed some work done on the exterior of my 40's bungalow, and he knew exactly what to do. He repaired some trim, fixed up and painted the fascia, replaced some Hardie siding, and even threw in some items he found along the way. One was some shoddy work done by a previous handyman. He was also able to build me a new set of steps for my deck that the foundation company failed to do. I highly recommend Yamil and will be hiring him again in the near future.

Yamil is awesome. I actually found his company via Angie's List, and I am so glad that I did. My home was built in the 1950s, so when I tried replacing a toilet, I realized that the subfloor beneath had deteriorated and needed additional support added to the pier and beam. Yamil had no problem getting dirty and getting the job done under the house, adding a few 2x8s to keep my toilet from falling through the floor :^). I'm very impressed with his work, and I'm sure I'll be a recurring customer.

I'd tried reaching out to a couple of other repair people with few replies, but Yamil called me back the next day and the next since apparently, my phone wasn't working the first time. He came out, scoped up the exterior repair job around my deck, and had the job done just a few days later. All in all, it was like a week from call to complete. I'm super impressed and plan to call him when I'm ready to tackle some other jobs.
